Questions and answers
What is Nursezy?
Nursezy is a connected nursing learning workspace. It brings together available practice exams and questions, books, video lessons, Tutor AI features, learning records, community conversations, coin and payment functions, notifications and support. The catalogue and access conditions are managed by Nursezy and can change over time.
Who can use Nursezy?
Nursezy is designed for nursing students, exam candidates, nursing professionals refreshing knowledge and other people using nursing education resources. You should use material appropriate to your level of training and location. Creating an account does not establish student status, professional registration or eligibility for a particular examination.
Is Nursezy available on web and mobile?
Nursezy has web and mobile application support, but a particular release link or feature may not be enabled on every platform. The Download page shows the platform links currently configured. Signed-in clients use the Nursezy backend so supported activity can remain connected to the same account.
Does Nursezy replace nursing school, clinical supervision or professional training?
No. Nursezy is a supplementary education and practice tool. It does not award a nursing qualification, replace an approved programme, provide supervised clinical competence, or override current institutional and professional guidance. Always use qualified educators and authorised clinical sources for decisions that affect patients or professional practice.
How do I create a Nursezy account?
Open the registration page, provide the requested account information, choose a secure password and accept the published Terms and Privacy Policy. Email verification may be required before all account functions are available. Use accurate information and do not create an account for another person without authority.
How do I sign in?
Use the Nursezy sign-in page with your account credentials. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you may also need the current verification code. Nursezy uses authenticated API sessions; protect your device, do not share tokens or verification codes, and review active sessions in account security settings.
What should I do if I forget my password?
Use the password-recovery option on the sign-in page. Nursezy sends or validates a time-limited reset code through the configured email process. If you no longer control the email address or the reset does not work, contact support without posting your password or verification code.
How do I update my profile or profile photo?
Signed-in learners can update supported profile fields from the Profile area and can upload a profile image where available. Profile information may appear to other participants in community features. Do not upload confidential patient material, unlawful content or an image you are not authorised to use.
How do I request deletion of my account?
Use the account-deletion request in your Nursezy profile. It creates a support ticket so the request can be reviewed and processed safely. Accounts are normally soft-deleted first, which revokes access; permanent deletion is restricted and may be limited where linked payment, security, moderation or other records must be retained.
What types of nursing practice are available?
The Exams area shows the categories, subjects, topics and exams currently published for your account. Nursezy supports configurable objective-question practice, including question count and difficulty options where available. The catalogue may change, and a title should not be treated as affiliation with an external examining body unless explicitly established.
How do practice exams work?
Choose an available exam, review its setup, and start a session. Nursezy records the selected questions and your answers. You can answer, mark or save supported questions, then submit the session to receive the stored result and breakdown. A configured coin cost may apply before some sessions begin.
Are Nursezy practice questions timed?
Nursezy supports timed, untimed and practice-style configuration where enabled for the selected exam. Timed sessions calculate remaining time from the configured duration; untimed sessions set no exam countdown. Always check the setup screen because available modes and limits can differ by exam and current configuration.
Can I review my answers and results?
After a session is submitted, the result can include totals, correct and incorrect answers, score, breakdown and rationales when the session permits them. Nursezy also provides progress and record views for completed activity. Content owners may change or retire questions, so a historical result does not guarantee that the same item remains available.
Does Nursezy guarantee that I will pass an examination?
No. Performance depends on many factors outside the application, including curriculum coverage, teaching, supervised practice, individual preparation and the requirements of the actual examining body. Nursezy scores describe activity within Nursezy and are not a promise of passing, licensure, employment or professional competence.
Is my learning progress stored?
Yes, signed-in activity can create exam sessions and results, saved questions, achievements, reading progress, notes, reviews and video progress. These records support continuity and are associated with your account. The Privacy Policy explains the information involved, retention considerations and account-deletion request process.
What is available in the Nursezy library?
The library contains the nursing books and study resources currently published by authorised administrators, including uploaded, external or AI-generated resources where configured. Each item has its own description and access settings. Availability, format and suitability vary; review the book details before using it.
Are all Nursezy books free?
No. A book can be free to read, can require coins for reading or downloading, or can have different read and download access. The book detail and access response show the current condition. An AI-generated book is available to its owner under the configured rules and may have separate access for others.
How do I access a book?
Sign in, open the library and select a published book. Nursezy checks whether the item is free, already purchased, owned by you or requires the displayed coin amount. When access is granted, supported content opens in the reader and progress can be recorded.
Can I download books?
Only when the specific book is marked downloadable and your account has download access. Some items are read-only even if you can open them in the Nursezy reader. Download access does not give permission to republish, resell or distribute the file, and external resources may have additional terms.
Can I save notes or review a book?
Supported books allow signed-in learners to save page-related notes, record reading progress and submit reviews. Notes and reviews are stored with the account. Reviews may be subject to status or moderation controls; do not include patient-identifying information, harassment, copied material or unlawful content.
What types of videos are available?
The Videos area displays the clinical and educational video lessons currently published in Nursezy. Titles, categories, sources and availability are managed through the content system. A video is a learning aid and does not replace supervised demonstration, current local procedure or competent clinical instruction.
Are Nursezy videos free?
Some videos can have no coin cost while others require the access cost shown by the app. Nursezy checks and records an unlock before applying a configured charge. Eligible videos can also offer a watch reward after the required watch time and daily or cooldown rules are satisfied.
Why do video features require sign-in?
Sign-in lets Nursezy check access, apply any coin cost once, record watch progress, enforce reward limits and connect the activity to your wallet. Without an authenticated account the service cannot reliably provide those personalised records or prevent duplicate charges and rewards.
Does Nursezy have free and paid features?
Nursezy can publish zero-cost and coin-priced activities. A book, video, AI request or exam action may have a configured coin cost, while another item may be free. Nursezy does not currently rely on a proven subscription entitlement system; check the price or coin confirmation shown for the exact action.
What are Nursezy coins?
Coins are application credits recorded in a Nursezy wallet. They can be credited through configured purchases, rewards or authorised adjustments and debited for configured learning actions. The application has no cash-withdrawal feature, and coins should not be treated as money, a bank balance or an investment.
How can I buy coins?
Where coin packages and checkout are enabled, Nursezy shows the available package and price before starting payment. Web and supported direct Android checkout use Paystack in the current implementation. Payment availability depends on platform and configuration; do not pay through an unofficial link or send payment credentials in chat.
Can I earn coins from rewards or advertisements?
Rewarded advertising and eligible learning rewards can credit coins when the relevant policy is enabled and all verification, watch-time, daily-limit and cooldown conditions are met. Google Mobile Ads is used for supported mobile advertising, and web advertising can load Google’s advertising service when configured. A reward is not guaranteed merely because an advert or video was opened.
Where can I get help with a payment, charge or wallet record?
Open a Support Ticket from your signed-in account or use the public Contact page if you cannot sign in. Include the Nursezy payment reference and a clear description, but never send a password, one-time code or full card details. Nursezy has no published automatic refund schedule; support reviews payment and wallet issues using the available transaction records and applicable rights.
How do Nursezy conversations and study groups work?
Signed-in learners can use direct conversations and approved study groups where the feature is available. The service stores participants, message-delivery information and group state. Group creation and membership can require approval, and administrators have controls for reviewing, rejecting or suspending groups when necessary.
Are Nursezy conversations private?
Supported clients can encrypt message text and files using keys held in protected client storage, but privacy is not absolute. Nursezy still processes participant, key, delivery, attachment and moderation records needed to operate the feature, and recipients can copy what they receive. Never share patient-identifying, highly sensitive or unlawful information.
Can I report a conversation or message?
Yes. Nursezy provides report actions for conversations and individual messages. A report can include the reason and details needed for authorised administrators to review it. Reporting should be used honestly for safety, abuse, unlawful content or other genuine concerns, not to harass another user.
What content is not allowed in Nursezy community areas?
Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, fraud, malware, unlawful material, confidential patient information, examination misconduct, unauthorised copyrighted content or instructions that create a serious safety risk. Do not impersonate another person or use Nursezy to evade professional or institutional duties.
How is community safety handled?
Nursezy uses participant controls, group approval and suspension states, message and conversation reports, user restrictions, administrative moderation and account status controls. These tools cannot prevent every harmful interaction. Preserve evidence, report concerns promptly, and contact appropriate emergency or legal services when an immediate real-world risk exists.
What information does Nursezy collect?
Depending on your use, Nursezy stores account and profile information, authentication and security records, exam and content activity, notes and reviews, wallet and payment records, messages and attachments, support requests, device and notification data, advertising or reward events, and AI request or response records. The Privacy Policy provides more detail.
How can I request access, correction or deletion of my information?
Update supported profile fields in the app and use the account-deletion request for deletion. For another privacy request, use a Support Ticket, the public Contact form or the configured support email. Nursezy may need to verify the requester and may retain records required for security, payment integrity, disputes or legal obligations.
Does Nursezy sell personal information?
The audited Nursezy implementation contains no workflow for selling lists of personal information. Data is disclosed to service providers only as needed for implemented functions such as hosting, Paystack checkout, Firebase messaging, Google advertising, Together AI processing and configured email delivery, or where disclosure is otherwise required. See the Privacy Policy for context and choices.
What devices and browsers are supported?
Nursezy provides a web application and has Android and iOS project support, while release availability is controlled from the public Download configuration. Use a current browser or supported app version with a reliable internet connection. Device permissions are required only for functions such as notifications, media or files that need them.
What should I do if Nursezy content will not load?
Check your connection, reload the page or restart the app, confirm that you are using the current Nursezy URL or app version, and sign in again if the session expired. If the problem continues, record the page, time and error message and contact support without including passwords, tokens or sensitive patient data.
How do I contact Nursezy support?
Use the public Contact page for a new general request or an account-access problem. Signed-in learners should use Support Tickets for account, payment, content, community or privacy issues because the conversation and reference remain attached to the account. The configured support email is support@nursezy.com.
Need help with your own account?
Use the public Contact page for a new request, or sign in to Support Tickets so the conversation stays connected to your Nursezy account and reference.
