Rules for using Nursezy
Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern use of the Nursezy public website, account, learning workspace, practice exams, books, videos, Tutor AI, conversations, coins, payments, notifications and support. They reflect the implemented service as of 31 October 2026. By creating an account or continuing to use an authenticated feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptance and eligibility
You may use public pages without an account. Authenticated features require registration and acceptance of the published Terms and Privacy Policy. The audited registration flow does not establish a fixed minimum age, so these Terms do not invent one. If you cannot legally agree to online service terms in your location, use Nursezy only with the involvement and permission required by applicable law. Do not create an account for someone else without authority.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current and protect your password, email account, device, session tokens and verification codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access. Do not share an account, impersonate another person, bypass two-factor or verification controls, automate abusive access, or attempt to obtain another user’s credentials. Nursezy may restrict a session or account to protect the service or investigate misuse.
Educational purpose
Nursezy provides supplementary nursing education, practice and study organisation. It is not a nursing school, clinical placement, licensing authority, healthcare provider or substitute for qualified teaching and supervised clinical experience. Content must not be used as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, medication, patient care or another professional decision. Follow current laws, professional standards, employer policies, institutional protocols and authorised clinical guidance.
Practice exams and questions
Available exams and questions are learning content within Nursezy. Modes, question counts, timing, difficulty, rationales, randomisation, scoring and pass indicators are application settings and may differ from an external examination. Unless expressly and lawfully stated, a title does not imply sponsorship by or access to the confidential material of an examining body. Do not copy, harvest, resell or use Nursezy content for examination misconduct.
No guarantee of results
Nursezy does not guarantee that you will pass an examination, gain admission, receive a qualification, obtain registration or employment, or demonstrate professional competence. Results and progress indicators describe activity recorded inside the service. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside Nursezy, including curriculum, teaching, preparation, supervision and the rules of the relevant institution or authority.
Books, videos and content access
Books and videos are available only while published and under the access condition shown for the item. A resource may be free, coin-priced, read-only, downloadable or externally hosted. Reading access does not automatically include download rights. Access is a limited, personal right to use the resource for lawful study; it does not transfer copyright or permit republication, resale, mass copying, public distribution or removal of rights notices. External resources may have additional terms.
Notes, reviews and user content
You retain responsibility for text, ratings, reviews, messages, files, profile images, group images and other material you submit. You grant Nursezy the limited permission needed to store, transmit, display, moderate and process that material to provide the selected feature. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, confidential patient information, malicious files, unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights. Reviews and public-facing contributions can be moderated or removed.
Tutor AI
Tutor AI output is generated by an external AI provider using context needed for the request. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. You must review important output and compare it with current, reliable sources. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for patient care or professional action, and do not enter patient-identifying or highly sensitive information. A displayed coin charge may apply to a new generation; cached or repeated results may be treated differently by the feature.
Coins and rewards
Nursezy coins are application credits used for configured actions. The wallet records credits, debits, balance and references. Coins are not a bank deposit, investment or cryptocurrency, and the application provides no cash withdrawal or person-to-person transfer function. Reward credits depend on active policies, verification, watch time, limits and anti-abuse checks. Manipulating advertising, video, exam or reward events can lead to reversal, restriction or suspension.
Prices and payments
Where purchases are enabled, Nursezy displays the package, amount, currency and provider before checkout. The current implementation supports Paystack for web and supported direct Android checkout when configured. You authorise the provider to process the payment information needed for the transaction and authorise Nursezy to verify the result and credit the purchased coins. Do not pay through an unofficial link. Taxes, bank charges or currency conversion imposed outside Nursezy may apply.
Subscriptions, renewals and expiry
The audited backend does not establish a live subscription entitlement or automatic-renewal system, so Nursezy does not publish subscription renewal or cancellation promises in these Terms. Current access is based on the published item, account state, coin cost or purchase record shown by the service. If a subscription product is introduced later, its price, period, renewal, cancellation and platform terms must be disclosed before purchase and these Terms will be updated.
Refund and billing issues
Nursezy does not currently publish an automatic refund schedule or promise that every completed digital purchase is refundable. If a payment is duplicated, fails to credit, appears unauthorised or has another problem, contact support with the Nursezy reference and relevant non-sensitive details. Support may review provider and wallet records before any correction. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable consumer right that applies to you.
Advertising
Nursezy may display Google advertising where enabled. Rewarded advertising can offer coins only after successful verification and satisfaction of the current policy. Advertising availability, format and personalisation can depend on platform, consent, region and configuration. Advertisers are responsible for their own offers and destinations. Do not use automation, repeated invalid interactions or technical manipulation to obtain rewards.
Community and chat conduct
Use direct conversations and study groups for lawful, constructive communication. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, defraud, impersonate, distribute malware, promote examination misconduct, disclose confidential patient information, share unlawful sexual content, or post instructions that create a serious safety risk. Do not assume that encryption makes harmful conduct acceptable or prevents a recipient from retaining content. Group owners and participants must follow membership and moderation controls.
Reports and moderation
You may report a conversation or message in good faith. Nursezy may review report metadata and related records, restrict messaging, suspend a group, ban or restrict an account, preserve evidence, remove content or take another proportionate action. Reports do not guarantee a particular outcome. Knowingly false, retaliatory or abusive reporting can itself breach these Terms. Immediate real-world danger should be reported to the appropriate emergency or legal authority.
Prohibited technical use
Do not probe or bypass security, access another account, extract protected content, interfere with service operation, submit malicious code, overwhelm an endpoint, forge payment or reward verification, reverse engineer secrets, scrape at harmful scale, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights. Reasonable public indexing of indexable pages is allowed, but private routes, authentication, certificate tokens and authenticated learning workflows must not be crawled or harvested.
Service availability and changes
Nursezy can add, change, suspend or discontinue content, pricing, coin rules, providers, platform support or features. Availability can be interrupted by maintenance, network failure, provider outage, security work or events outside reasonable control. Nursezy aims to preserve valid account records and communicate material changes where practical, but does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular item. Downloaded material remains subject to these Terms and its own licence.
Account restriction and termination
Nursezy may restrict sessions, messaging, content access or an account when needed for security, non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, community safety, repeated policy breaches or protection of the service. An account can be soft-deleted before permanent deletion. Protected administrative accounts have additional safeguards. Where appropriate, use Support Tickets to ask about a restriction; Nursezy may limit detail when disclosure would compromise security or another person’s privacy.
Account deletion
You can submit an account-deletion request from the profile. The request opens a support workflow and does not instantly erase every record. Nursezy may need to retain or de-identify payment, wallet, security, moderation, support, transaction or legal records, and permanent deletion can be blocked while linked records remain. Deletion does not cancel obligations arising before the request or require Nursezy to remove content lawfully retained by another participant.
Intellectual property and brand
Nursezy names, logos, icons, interface designs, original text, software and other service materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No registered-trademark claim is made in these Terms. You may make truthful text references to Nursezy, but you may not present yourself as Nursezy, copy branding in a misleading way or imply endorsement. The Brand Policy explains permitted references and requests for asset use. Third-party content remains subject to its owner’s rights.
Third-party services and links
Nursezy relies on or links to services such as Paystack, Together AI, Google Firebase, Google advertising, configured email infrastructure and external content hosts. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their processing. Nursezy is not responsible for an external site’s availability, security, content or independent transaction merely because a link appears in the app. Review the provider information before continuing.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nursezy is provided on an “as available” basis. Educational, AI and community content may contain errors and is not professional medical advice. Nursezy does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, external examination alignment or fitness for a specific clinical purpose. These disclaimers do not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nursezy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by relying solely on educational or AI material, ignoring professional guidance, sharing credentials, posting prohibited confidential information, using an external service, or using the platform unlawfully. This section does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be limited and does not create a governing-law or jurisdiction clause that the project has not established.
Contact and changes to these Terms
Questions can be submitted through the public Contact page, authenticated Support Tickets or support@nursezy.com. Nursezy may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The public page will show the review date. If a change materially affects an authenticated service, Nursezy may also provide an in-app or email notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective update means the revised Terms apply, subject to non-waivable rights.
